The Hunting Lodge Job Centre in Lurgan is an employer of record, employing nearly 500 people and paying £2.5 million a year in wages and benefits.
We spoke to one of the people who manages it and he revealed how the job is extremely stressful and what it takes to get through a day of hunting in the Highlands.
We also talked to the people working on the farm where they have their own land and how that has helped to keep the farm in operation.
The Hunting Lodges are an employer in Northern Irish History by David McAleese and David Gaunt.
